Orange Application Store

It does get a little repetitive after a while, but considering the enviable success of Apple’s App Store, everybody else can be forgiven for trying to emulate it. Next in line we have Orange, who has come up with the Orange Application Store, which is already available for certain phones in France, and with an official release to happen sometime this year (in France, and the UK). The Orange Application Store will be pre-loaded on certain new phones, and can be downloaded by existing customers if they wish to do so. Much like the App Store, this one will also offer paid and free applications, and users will be given the option to get free trials of aforementioned paid apps. Whatever purchases are made from the store will be reflected on users’ Orange mobile accounts.
