If anybody thought that Apple’s iPhone wasn’t going to be a strong contender in the mobile gaming industry, they’ll certainly change their mind when Konami Digital Entertainment releases its Metal Gear Solid Touch, which will bring the ever-popular Metal Gear Solid series to Apple’s iPhone. Leveraging on the iPhone’s capabilities, users will be able to have a lot of interaction with the game, being able to shake or touch the device in order to perform actions. Aside from the full version Konami is also planning to release Metal Gear Solid Touch Lite, which is a free version that players will be able to use to whet their appetite for the full version.
