Fido Changes Hardware Upgrade Program Policy

It looks like Fido is set to step on quite a few toes, as it has made some changes to its Hardware Upgrade Program (HUP), which is effective immediately. Specifically, it’s the length of the renewal period. If you’ve signed up before November 4th 2008, you will now only be able to renew within 180 days (6 months) from the expiration, which is a lot worse than the previous 420 day (14 months) grace period. Anybody thinking of complaining?
