EU Considering Guidelines For VoIP

In light of the recent news that T-Mobile Germany doesn’t allow Skype to be installed on its devices, the European Union is already considering implementing some binding guidelines to force wireless network carriers to support VoIP services such as Skype and Google Voice. This would certainly be a good move for end users (as long as carriers don’t increase their prices), as VoIP would certainly be a viable solution to reduce mobile phone costs.
