Verizon Wireless has given its dying Motorola Q9c a much needed upgrade boost with the addition of its TALKS assistive listening technology which will enable visually impaired or blind users to listen to on-screen texts as well as enjoy emails, web surfing and text messaging! We hope the Q9c fares better this time around with TALKS!
