Stantum Gets 13m In Funding

Stantum Technologies, known for its multi-touch technologies, has obtained a $13 million Series B funding which, according to their CEO, will be used to increase R&D capacity for the next generation sensing technologies and new products, to develop a worldwide sales and marketing organization in the US, Europe and Asia and to establish and increase mass manufacturing capabilities through partners.

As part of the funding deal, CDC Innovation, Auriga Partners and XAnge Private Equity, the three fund contributors, have had their representatives Valery Huot, Philippe Granger and Nicholas Rose respectively join Stantum’s board of directors.
