Skype Coming To The iPhone

With the CTIA tradeshow in Las Vegas just around the corner, speculation is mounting that Skype will be releasing an official client for the iPhone. Considering the undeniable popularity of Apple’s iPhone, it really isn’t too hard to believe that this bit of news is true. Skype has been mum on the issue, so you probably can expect to not receive any official word on this until next week’s CTIA. While Skype on the iPhone would certainly be well received, it does have one little restriction though, which is that it will only work on Wi-Fi networks, just like how Apple muscled that restriction on to Fring.
