Rogers Raises Prices Of BlackBerrys

Just when subscribers are getting used to Rogers being friendlier with lower data prices and reasonably priced devices, the carrier goes all out with guns blazing to destroy its newfound goodwill. If you’ve been in touch with the BlackBerry device pricing from Rogers, you’ll have noticed that the BlackBerry devices over at Rogers’ official website have seen a rather ugly spike in terms of pricing. The Curve 83xx is back to $149.99 (up $50), the Curve 8900 is at $224.99 (up $25) and the Bold is at $299.99 (up $50), not to mention that those pricings include the customary 3-year contract. Rogers certainly doesn’t seem to be doing its name very much good with this move.
