PDAnet For Android

Published

on

Folks who use a lot of data on PalmOS, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry or the iPhone will probably be fairly familiar with the tethering app which is called PDAnet. Basically it allows an Android-powered device which is connected via USB to work as a tethering modem regardless of whether it’s using cellular or Wi-Fi data, all in just a simple click. It’s still under a beta stage, but we’re fairly sure that such an application would be warmly received, and it certainly looks like it has potential. One potential red herring is your terms and conditions with your carrier, as they might not take too kindly to you tethering your phone to your laptop, especially if you’re on an unlimited data package.
