Ericsson Committed To Partnership

It might sound like a routine denial of a rift between Ericsson and Sony, but we’ll have to accept their announcement for the moment. We all know that Sony Ericsson isn’t going through the best of times at the moment, but then again, who is? Rumors have been rife that Ericsson wants to pull out of the joint venture, and that Sony is interested in acquiring Ericsson’s 50% stake in the venture. Now an official spokesperson has some out to confirm that Ericsson is committed on the joint venture, probably in hope that everybody will just put those rumors to bed (for the moment, at the very least).
