The C366, dubbed “El Vergatario” was introduced by Huge Chavez himself, and is a partnership between the government and a minority of outside investors including Chinese manufacturer ZTE. The phone will set you back 30,000 bolivar when it goes on sale, and it’s slated to go on sale throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
