Interested in the first phone to be produced in Venezuela? Well, you might not pick up this device if you’re looking for an iPhone killer, but considering that it costs a measly $14, it would be rather handy if you were looking for a budget phone. The C366, dubbed “El Vergatario” was introduced by Huge Chavez himself, and is a partnership between the government and a minority of outside investors including Chinese manufacturer ZTE. The phone will set you back 30,000 bolivar when it goes on sale, and it’s slated to go on sale throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
