BlackBerry App World Launch On April 1st?

Word is that RIM will be officially launching the BlackBerry App World on the 1st of April, unless they’re trying to play some real sick April fool’s joke on us. Of course, that is also when CTIA Wireless officially kicks off, so there should be some credibility to the launch date. Will the BlackBerry App World mount a proper challenge to Apple’s App Store? It will certainly be interesting to see how well it does, not to mention whether RIM will allow apps such as the ever-popular (and ever-controversial) iFart.
