Palm Pre Is Sprint Exclusive For 2009

It looks like Palm and Sprint Nextel will be holding hands throughout this year at the very least as reports indicate that Palm and Sprint have reached a deal that will see Sprint Nextel get exclusive rights to distribute the Pre in the US until the end of 2009, though there wasn’t mention of any plans beyond 2009. This announcement will certainly help both Palm and Sprint as they look to try and improve their financial situation, which wasn’t pretty even before the economic problems of late.
