No Toshiba TG01 For The US?

There is some bad news for those of you who were impressed by Toshiba’s TG01 phone. It seems that there is a possibility that the phone might follow in the HTC Touch HD’s footsteps and not show up in the US. According to its Global Certification Forum entry, it only confirms to have HSDPA on the European and Asian 2100MHz spectrum. Of course, there might be a separate model for the US market, which is what we can hope for, and possibly a CDMA model too. Until then, it’s fingers crossed for all of us.
