No Android Phone From Samsung At MWC

It looks like the Samsung’s involvement in the race to bring the “second Android-powered phone” to the market has suffered a tiny setback. Word on the street is that it has delayed the release of its first Android-powered smartphone to the 2nd half of 2009, instead of the initial Q2 release date, and it will also be giving this year’s MWC a miss. Apparently the Q2 2009 target release date was due to carriers requesting for the Android-powered handset earlier, but there isn’t any official word as to why the phone has been pushed back.
