New BlackBerry Curve 8900 Firmware

Folks who own a BlackBerry Curve 8900 should be rather glad to hear that RIM has released a new official firmware for the device, which is version 4.6.1.217. Unfortunately RIM didn’t mention any of the changes in this update, but this newer firmware will almost certainly be involved in fixing a few bugs. If you’re interested, you can always download the latest firmware directly; though always remember to backup your data and settings before that.
