First WinMob 6.5 Device Stolen

Published

on

Windows Mobile 6.5 hasn’t even been released to the general public yet, but a Windows Mobile 6.5 device has already been stolen from Telstra boss Sol Trujillo. This incident happened when he was attending MWC and was trying the device out, which is believed to be a Touch Pro2 or Touch Diamond2. The silver lining to this (for our Australian readers, anyways) is that the device is being tested for the Australian market, which will certainly be welcome news. Some analysts have expressed concern that Microsoft’s trade secrets may be lost, which could affect the shares of Microsoft.
