BlackBerry Storm SurePress Wins Award

Here’s a something that many people certainly didn’t expect. It seems that RIM’s BlackBerry Storm’s SurePress got the award for “Best Mobile Technology Breakthrough”. While it’s certainly a cool and fun technology, but let’s not forget the amount of complaints that users have leveled against it, not least the fact that it slows down your typing by quite a bit, since after you press the screen, you have to wait for it to reset to its normal position. It happens very quickly, though it’s still noticeable, especially when you’re typing out a long email. What do you think, a well deserved award, or not?
