Apple iPhone France Ruling Upheld

France Telecom certainly wasn’t happy with the ruling that just about canceled out its agreement with Apple. After all, it certainly went through a lot of trouble to get iPhone 3G exclusivity on Orange for a 5-year term, only to see the deal neutered. Obviously it appealed, though the appeals court has ruled that the decision will be upheld, which is certain to sour the moods of those over at France Telecom. In the end the people in France should be fairly happy, as they probably will be able to get the iPhone 3G on various networks.
