Android Multi Touch Pulled Due To Apple?

By now, we all know that Google’s Android can support some form of multi-touch, as demonstrated by various parties online. So the million-dollar-question is “why didn’t Google put such a popular thing into its Android platform”? Well, considering that Apple has mentioned that it will defend its patents, Google might have been trying to avoid a potential clash with Apple, though if that’s the case, users will certainly be a little disappointed that Google made a conscious decision not to include such an exciting technology in.
