Softbank Mobile Teams Up With Softbank Telecoms

Japanese mobile provider, Softbank Mobile, has teamed up with Softbank Telecom to launch Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), which allows Softbank’s mobile phone to be used as an extension to the fixed line phone. The solution will be called White Office, and will offer the standard functions of conventional extensions, such as calling extension number display, hold and call forwarding.
