No Playstation Phone Just Yet

While it looks like we’re getting closer and closer to a PSP phone, news has surfaced that Sony has refused the use of the Playstation brand for use on Sony Ericsson phones. Apparently Sony doesn’t think that the current product lineup will be able to live up to the Playstation brand name, which is probably an acceptable reason, seeing that Sony Ericsson doesn’t really have a really good gaming phone just yet. Hopefully Sony Ericsson will be able to come up with a stellar gaming device though, whether it will have the Playstation branding will be less important, as long as the device is good, we’re sure users won’t really mind.
