No HTC Devices In The US?

In a rather unpleasant move, an unknown Texan company, Saxon Innovations, has allegedly filed a patent suit against HTC, claiming that it violated 3 of its patents. If this suit is ruled in Saxon’s favor, it could mean that certain devices such as the Nokia N73, N95, RIM’s BlackBerry 8100 Pearl and Palm’s Treo 700p, which are manufactured by HTC, would be banned from import into the US. Hopefully this doesn’t happen, or it certainly wouldn’t be a very nice ruling for HTC.
