LG Sells 100m Phones

2008 must have been a rather happy year for LG, as it managed to edge past Motorola and Sony Ericsson in terms of sales. With 100 million phones sold, LG has managed to become the third largest handset producer. While it’s still quite a way behind the top two, with Nokia and Samsung selling 470 and 200 million each, but 100 million is still a highly respectable figure.
