Android On Asus Eee Phone?

While there are plenty of people out there busy porting Google’s Android over to the Asus Eee PC, it’s nice to hear some official encouragement from Asus itself. Asus CEO Johnny Shih has said that the company was looking to bring Android to the Eee PC and are considering coming up with an Eee-branded phone which will be powered by Android. Reports indicate that it’s working on a 3G Android phone which is planned to be launched in the regional Taiwanese market in Q1.
