Analysts Predict 4GB iPhone

There isn’t any official word from Apple, but some analysts speculate that Apple is building 4GB iPhones. There were rumors last year that Wal-Mart would be selling a $99 4GB iPhone last year, but 2008 came and went without such a thing happening. Would this 4GB iPhone be the iPhone nano that is making headlines nowadays? If Apple were to come up with cheaper iPhones, it would probably help get a few more people to switch to their iPhone, not that they need much help.
