A new study has found that 20 percent of American mobile users prefer to use their phones as an all-in-one multimedia device. People who consider their phones primarily as phones might use one or two content or service features, but folks who see the phones as all-in-one multimedia devices are more likely to fully utilize its features, which will in term help to drive revenue. If everybody marketed their phones like Apple, most users would probably know that their phones (most likely) can play music and videos.
