T-Mobile Wont Track Cellphones

While T-Mobile has the ability to track stolen cellphones, it is apparently refusing to do so, despite having the permission of the Boston police and the victim whose phone was stolen. T-Mobile refused to track the cellphones due to “privacy restrictions”. Apparently T-Mobile will only help track a stolen phone if it’s a “life or death situation” or if it’s ordered by a judge. Would you mind if T-Mobile tracked your stolen mobile phone?
