Qualcomm Vs Broadcom Update

Sometimes we wonder whether the legal battle between Qualcomm and Broadcom will ever end, and right now, it sure doesn’t look like there is an end in sight. Now the federal court has affirmed a lower court’s decision against Qualcomm. The little bit of good news for Qualcomm is that the court voided part of the previous court’s ruling which said that the company couldn’t enforce the patents around the world. Hopefully this legal battle will come to a close sometime soon.
