No iPhone Push Notifications Just Yet

If you’ve been reading of a rumor that the iPhone firmware 2.2.1 will be having the much-awaited push notification support, you’ll be disappointed to find out that it’s been revealed that it’s a fake. So far there hasn’t been any concrete information as to when the iPhone will be getting the promised push notification updates, nor other features that users have been screaming for, such as MMS and copy and paste.
