More Storms Being Returned To RIM

It looks like RIM’s problems related to the BlackBerry Storm aren’t over yet, as reports are going around that despite the urgent software upgrade users are continuing to return the BlackBerry Storm, with some reports even indicating that up to 40 or 50 percent of all Storms have been returned. There were many complaints regarding the phone being laggy, and while the firmware updated helped this, there are still complaints of the clickable screen and the lack of Wi-Fi. Such a high return rate certainly doesn’t bode well of RIM, and the current global economic crisis is only going to make this even worse.
