Dash II Coming Soon?

Reports are going around that the Dash II will be available around mid-December, with December 15th earmarked as a possible date. While the “II” prefix might sound like it has some technological improvements, it seems the changes will only be cosmetic, which is rather disappointing. If you think that you want a phone which is slightly thicker (for a stronger screen), a keyboard with a black/blue color scheme over the original black/silver and a casing color which is a darker black, then you’ll be interested in this phone, if not, it’s a little hard to get too enthusiastic over this phone just yet. There isn’t any word on what version of Windows Mobile will be on the device, though we can always hope for Windows Mobile 6.1.
