Cell Phone Jammers At Japanese ATM

Chiba Bank of Japan has started installing cell phone jammers in ATMs in Tokyo. The reason for this is to prevent cell phone fraud, with swindlers apparently targeting seniors. It might sound like a rather drastic measure, but considering banks aren’t too fond of us using cell phones in banks, it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise. After all, if it protects your hard-earned cash, why not?
