Velocity Mobile 83 Visits The FCC

Velocity Mobile’s 83 has taken some time to visit the FCC. While the phone isn’t as exciting as the 103 and 111 (what’s with the naming convention?), that doesn’t mean there won’t be any takers for this phone. The FCC sure has a habit of making phones look uglier than it usually is.
