Twitter Canada To Drop SMS Support

Canadian Twitter addicts won’t be happy at this news, but it seems that Twitter will be stopping its support for its SMS service in Canada, citing the rising cost of doing such. Given the current economic climate, it’s not too surprising, but it’s still disappointing to lose the SMS service of Twitter. What do you think? Is the SMS service what makes Twitter tick for you?
