T-Mobile G1 Browser Hijacked?
T-Mobile’s G1 might be riding a wave of popularity at the moment, but it seems that the popularity might have made it a target of malicious sites. While it is still unconfirmed whether that problem is because of Android or T-Mobile’s network, but reports are going around that some users who try to access Yahoo’s web page are redirected to a site urging them to download the usual fake Antispyware software that normally only shows up on desktop computers. There isn’t anything conclusive yet, but most people seem to report that the problem is due to T-Mobile’s network, as there aren’t any reports of similar problems if they connect via Wi-Fi.
