Self-made Android For $199?

It might be easy for you to get your hands on Android code and all, but can you use it to build your own phone? Ruslan Kogan, an Australian, is currently saying that he’ll be able to offer Android phones for just $199. Based on his analysis of it, all he needs to do is get a cell phone from China, and put Android on it. He’s saying the device will be “similar to the iPhone”, which probably means it will have a big display and virtual keyboard. If only things we’re that simple, we want our own branded mobile phones too.
