Nokia Gesture Control

Will touch screen devices become obsolete in the near future? Nokia might be thinking just that, as it has filed a patent that uses an ultrasonic system which will allow your cell phone to tell where your fingers are pointing at the display, and will even be able to detect some basic gestures (such as opening and closing your hand) to manipulate the web browser. While it will certainly make you look weird if you were to wiggle your fingers in front of your phone, it does seem like quite a bit of fun.
