iRiver Phone

Anybody who has done some comparison shopping while looking for a portable media player will have come across iRiver. While the brand might be better known for its line of portable media players, iRiver is gearing up to release its first cell phone by March 9th 2009. An iRiver phone was first spotted at CES this year, and it looks like the device will become a reality soon. There isn’t any mention of specifications at the moment, but speculation is rife that it might have a generous touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, handwriting recognition, dictionaries and an embedded access to Bugs Music Servcice (Korea only) etc.
