Employees File Lawsuit Against Sprint

Things aren’t looking too pretty for Sprint at the moment. Aside from having to deal with the ever-increasing pressure from the competition, it now also has been targeted internally as its employees are filing a lawsuit against the company due to lost commission. The lost commission is reportedly due to a computer glitch, and the effect might date as far back as 2005 when Sprint and Nextel merged. The U.S. district court has given Sprint until 22nd December to provide a full list of all the staff that were affected. This is definitely something that Sprint doesn’t want at the moment.
