BlackBerry Storm Delay Explained

Reports were recently all over the Internet stating that the delay in the BlackBerry Storm was due to some last minute security issue that meant that RIM had to downgrade the firmware on the phones. Now RIM has come out and stated that the issue was really a sticker glitch, as the OS version was printed 4.7.0.82 instead of 4.7.0.65. Apparently there isn’t a version .82. Such an error is possible, but are you willing to buy RIM’s story? If the phone is stable and secure, we guess there isn’t much to complain about (aside from a slight delay), is there?
