Another Manufacturer Joins Android Party

Word is going around that Kogan, a manufacturer of LCD’s in Australia will be joining the Android party, and plans to be the first company to release an Android handset aside from HTC. There aren’t many details regarding this phone just yet, but it’s rumored that the phone will have a touch screen display, scrollball, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as well. The report also says that you should be able to get one of these before Christmas for $199.
