12-20 Megapixel Phones In The Future?

We’re already drooling at the current crop of 8 megapixel phones that have hit the market, but what will things be like in 2012? Reports on the Internet are speculating that we’ll see 12-20 megapixel camera sensors, which will be able to take full HD video’s with an XGA resolution display screen. What do you think? Is that too far away, or too soon?
