Wal-Mart Will Be Selling G1

It was previously rumored that Wal-Mart would start selling T-Mobile’s G1 handset somewhere in November, but latest reports from AndroidCommunity indicate that it is confirmed that Wal-Mart will be carrying the device, and pricing will be $148.88, which is over $30 cheaper than the normal price. The main question is, will the fact that Wal-Mart being able to sell the phone be beneficial or detrimental to T-Mobile?
