Vodafone is offering their VF830 for just £80 (about $139), which will be contract free as it’s a prepaid-only handset. While you might think that it’s a budget cell phone, it has some surprisingly nice features in the form of a 3.2 megapixel camera, and HSDPA, all encased in this black slider phone.
