Sony Ericsson To Close UK Retail Store

Sony Ericsson has decided to close its one and only UK based flagship retail store later this year, citing the dominance of big multiple chains and operator stores in the UK market making it difficult for its direct retail ambitions. The store was opened in London’s posh Kensington area in late 2006 as a joint venture together with mobile phone retailer, Carphone Warehouse.
