Asus To Launch Android Phone In Q1 2009

While details are still a little sketchy at the moment, it seems that Asus has plans to launch its first Android-based phone in the first half of 2009, which doesn’t give them all that much time to get the phone ready. Word on the street is that Asus will initially be launching its own Android-powered phones, but will be looking to launch customized models for overseas clients in the future.
