Motorola Z12, Concept Or Reality?

There is a picture of what is a supposed concept phone by Motorola being dubbed the Z12 going around the internet. The phone in the picture does look very interesting, but as usual, the same question applies. Is it a rumor, leak or a clever photoshop?
