BlackBerry OS 4.5 Coming To AT&T

Boy Genius has managed to snag an internal AT&T slide which provides some juicy information regarding RIM’s BlackBerry OS 4.5, including the target launch period, which is mid-September on AT&T. The phones that would receive the update are the BlackBerry 8120, 8820, 8300 and 8310. Updates in 4.5 will include HTML email and formatting, remote server search, free/busy calendar lookup, video recording, improved media player, and Office document editing. Devices shipping in mid-October should already be pre-loaded with OS 4.5.
