IKEA To Join The Mobile Phone Market?

Published

While it doesn’t sound like a match made in heaven, they’ve gone ahead and done it anyways. IKEA has joined the MVNO market, and they plan to introduce a new mobile phone service called “Family Mobile”, which will run on the back of T-Mobile networks. The service, which will be made available this Friday, will be available to Loyalty Card holders in the UK. IKEA looks set to keep up with their usual style of selling stuff that doesn’t break the bank. They plan to offer 9p per minute calls; 6p per text and £10 prepaid cards will be available. IKEA employees will also receive a bonus credit of £5 if they choose to join too.
